Ok, so what's the deal with all these We Buy Houses Companies? Well, first of all, most of them are NOT actual home buyers. That's right folks. Most of the websites that state "We Buy Houses" are just lead generation sites. 💻
So what's a lead generation site you ask? It's a site that collects your information and sells it to someone else. You see, there's BIG money in collecting data. Just look at all the major social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and even Google. They sell data to other companies for big profit. 🤑
So how can you tell the Real Cash Home Buyers from the Fake lead collection sites? All these websites look the same and everyone says the same thing. Well, If they don't show you a photo of the person that's going to buy your house, run! 🏃♂️

If you are going to give your personal details to a website, make sure it has a face on it, and the name of the Investor(s) you're going to be selling your house to.
Do your research and make sure that you are actually dealing with a real home buying company. It's really easy for a Marketing company to build and market a website. That's what they do for a living, so it's easy for them to make hundreds of websites collecting thousands of leads. Then they contact local Real Estate Investors and ask them to buy their leads.
We get at least 50 calls a day from companies trying to sell us their leads. 😤
